Top Notch Interns Take on TopGolf

Mid -summer felt like the perfect time to bring our interns together, even when separated by distance. With only a few hundred miles in between, the MCE campus' found a way to celebrate and wind down with our: TopGolf. 

Fort Smith joined Fayetteville at the Rogers’ TopGolf location, while Little Rock took to the one near home base. This allowed all interns, mentors, and staff alike to take to the green, practice their swing, and stay on par with one another. 

Every day the MCE staff sharpens their minds while working on projects, whether that be grading, designing, or working through unique circumstances—and working out their swings was no different. Some were very eager to show off their skill at the tee. 

Activities like this allow for decompression out of the office while also giving employees the opportunity to develop connections beyond the desk. And for the mentors on our staff, this gives them the ability to strengthen their leadership skills.

We’re excited to watch our team and future new members grow in their own right.
